CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations MUST be made 24 hours before your booked appointment. Any timeframe after the 24 hours is up, you may be automatically charged a cancellation fee. Please communicate with us as much as possible. Our artist’s times are valuable. NO-SHOWS will be charged 50% of your booked appointment no matter what.
